CHENNAI: A video has been going viral on social media where a 5-month-old toddler could be seen exercising with his mother. The clip is sure to bring a smile to viewer's face.

The cute mother-son duo execute an elbow plank in the video. As his mother is already in the position, she tells Austin, her 5-month -old son, to do the same. The baby then summons all of his might and assumes the plank posture, which he maintains for quite sometime.

The video was shared by Fitstagram Michelle on Instagram with the caption, "My 5-month-old is learning some new things."

The video went viral, people enjoyed watching the mother-son duo pull off the plank. One user stated, "Sooooo adorable!!!"
