MUMBAI: Actors Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu on Monday, did ice bath recovery for their upcoming series of the Indian instalment of 'Citadel'.

Varun shared a video on his Instagram Story where he is showing a bathtub full of ice cubes.

Samantha also posted where she can be seen doing an ice bath. She wrote, "It's torture time #icebathrecovery #actionmodeon."

Ice bath recovery is used to recover faster and reduce muscle pain and soreness after intense training sessions or competitions. Recently, Varun and Samantha attended the grand premiere of the upcoming action thriller series 'Citadel'.
