CHENNAI: The trailer of Karuppu Pulsar, starring Attakathi Dinesh, was released on Monday.
Dinesh plays a dual role in the film, set against the Jallikattu backdrop. The story revolves around a black Pulsar motorcycle that appears to be possessed.
The two-minute and 25-second trailer promises elements of a revenge drama with commercial treatment.
Judging by the trailer, Karuppu Pulsar shows lesser-discussed aspects of the Jallikattu issue and appears to be more than a conventional horror film.
Karuppu Pulsar is directed by Murali Krish and produced by Yasho Entertainment.
The cast includes Saravana Subbiah, Mansoor Ali Khan, prankster Rahul, and Lollu Sabha fame Manohar in key roles.
Reshma Venkatesh plays one of the female leads.
Music for the film is composed by Inbaa.
The film is scheduled for release on January 30.
