Sethupathi’s Sangathamizhan out of Deepavali race

The makers of Vijay Sethupathi’s Sangathamizhan and Karthi’s Kaithi recently revealed that they are eyeing for Deepavali release and their films might clash with Thalapathy Vijay’s much expected flick, Bigil.

Now, Ravinder Chandrasekhar of Libra Productions, who has acquired the theatrical rights of Sethupathi’s Sangathamizhan said that he has no plans to release the film for Deepavali and has decided to postponed it. Sources say that Sangathamizhan has backed out from the Deepavali race as they can acquire only less number of screens. Directed by Vijay Chander, the film has an ensemble cast including Raashi Khanna, Nivetha Pethuraj, Soori, Marimuthu, Ashutosh Rana and John Vijay.
