While Suhasini Mani Ratnam has been approached to play Manju Warrier’s role, the latest buzz is that Rahman will reprise Vivek Oberoi’s role in Telugu. Though the makers had approached Oberoi to reprise the character, he was not very keen to play the same part again. In Lucifer, he played the role of Bobby, a sophisticated and manipulative businessman. Powered by actor Vineeth’s perfect dubbing and measured performance, Oberoi did total justice to his casting. It will be interesting to see how Rahman essays the same role.
