Dhanush wraps up the first schedule of Captain Miller

Actor Dhanush, who began shooting for Arun Matheswaran’s Captain Miller has completed the first schedule. The team that shot for the film in south Tamilnadu has wrapped up the schedule at a rapid pace. The second schedule of the 140-day shoot will commence soon. Sources in the film unit tell us that actor Shiva Rajkumar has been roped in to play a crucial role and the actor is expected to join the unit in the film’s second schedule. Captain Miller is set in the 1930s and has Shreyaas Krishna handling the cinematography, GV Prakash Kumar in charge of the music, and Nagooran taking care of the editing responsibilities. Earlier in an interview, Arun Matheswaran told us, “We will be recreating the 1930s and this is also the biggest film for me in terms of budget. I like the name Captain Miller after Tom Hanks’s character name from Saving Private Ryan.”
