The film will be directed by debutant Ravindra Prasad, who has previously assisted Boopathy Pandian and Koratala Shiva among others. Talking to DT Next, Ravindra said, “In 100, Atharvaa played a Sub Inspector. In my film, he will be playing a constable, who gets into a tough situation and fights for his survival. The story will be a thriller packed with commercial elements like romance and action.”

The director said that Atharvaa was his only choice to play the hero. “We were supposed to begin shooting for the film a couple of years ago. As Atharvaa was busy with other commitments, I waited, as I didn’t want to do this film with any other hero. The film will go on floors this month and will be shot around Chennai. We are aiming to complete the film by February,” he concluded. The rest of the cast and crew will be announced soon by producer Michael Rayappan, who is bankrolling the film under his banner Global Infotaiment.
