Rajiv Gandhi Memorial Day- Congress to conduct silent rally in TN

The Congress would conduct a rally in East, West, North and South Chennai.

In a report published by the Tamil Nadu Congress leader Alagiri, it has been stated that the party would conduct a silent rally on the 21st of this month from 4 pm to 6 pm, owing to the 28th death anniversary of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi.

The Congress would conduct a rally in East, West, North and South Chennai. He stated that various other leaders including himself, Sanjay Dutt, Sirivalla Prasad, Kumari Anandhan. M. Krishnaswamy and many others would take part in the rally.

“Various special party delegates are set to take part in the programs allocated for the anniversary. Pertaining to this, P. Chidambaram in Trichy, K.R. Ramaswamy in Madurai, K. V. Thangabalu in Vellore, E.V.K.S. Illangovan in Theni, S. Thirunavukkarasan in Kanchipuram and H. Vasanthakumar in Kanniyakumari will participate in the proceedings”, he stated.
