Fans in Kovai put up posters urging Rajini to make quick entry in politics

With barely eight months for the Assembly polls and the pre-election scene heating up in Tamil Nadu, posters have surfaced in different parts of Coimbatore urging actor Rajinikanth to make the political plunge quickly.

The fans in Coimbatore have put up posters, close on the heels of similar posters from Vellore and Madurai demanding Rajini to enter politics. Put up by Rajini Makkal Mandram, the posters call for Rajinikanth to bring about a revolution in State politics. One of the posters read ‘only Thalaivar’ can change the fate of Tamil Nadu while another read ‘a generation’s revolution, will lead to the uprising of the youth.’
