COVID 19: TN records 5,569 new positive cases

It is to be noted that Chennai's daily toll has reduced in the recent past.

Tamil Nadu has registered 5,569 new Covid-19 cases on Saturday, according to the state's department of health. The overall tally has increased to 5,36,477 in the state.

The capital city has detected 987 fresh cases today. The state saw 66 Covid-19 fatalities today.

Tamil Nadu is seeing a slight drop in daily covid fatalities lately. It is to be noted that Chennai's daily toll has reduced in the recent past. Whereas the cases from other districts of the state contribute a huge junk altogether.
