The curator further added that Indian batting coach Vikram Rathour had asked them to prepare the center wicket so that they can do the practice on it.

As a result, the host team used the centre wicket to prepare while Bangladesh was given a different wicket to hone its skills with the pink ball as it was preparing for the second Test match against India at Eden.
