CHENNAI: Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin returned to Chennai tonight after a 10-day family vacation in Dubai.

He arrived at around 8:30 PM on an Emirates Airlines passenger flight, having left for Dubai on April 24, the day after the Tamil Nadu Assembly election polling concluded.

His return is notable, as the counting of votes for the state assembly elections is scheduled to take place tomorrow morning, Monday, May 4.
