Reshma talks to us after she finishes her household chores on a weekday. “That is how my typical day is. When I am not shooting, I clean up the home, cook food and spend time on social media. Being raised in the US since I was a teen, I don’t rely or depend on anyone to do my things for me. And I like it that way,” she begins. Reshma’s social media posts on her workout regimes have always garnered thousands of likes within minutes of posting them. “I can’t think of a day where I haven’t worked out.

It keeps me going. I do yoga and interval training to stay fit and to stay in shape. It’s overwhelming when your fitness posts inspire people who follow you on social media.” Her daily grind begins post her morning workout. “My kitchen work keeps me busy. I make breakfast and then have to think about what I should make for lunch. In between, I have to clean my house and that takes quite a lot of time.” Reshma has also learned to play the piano this lockdown. “I play it every day for some time and I have started hitting the right notes. I am sure it is going to get better in the coming days. I don’t know if I will be able to continue with it post the lockdown as I have over half a dozen films lined up for shoot. It is going to be hectic,” she says.

The actress did her photoshoots with social distancing in place and posted it on social media. However, some of her posts received distasteful comments from a section of netizens. “I read some of them and I ask my friends the meaning of it because I don’t even understand those dialects. So, abusing me is a waste of time. Also, I don’t take it to heart because a few people are judgemental and let them judge. I am known for ignoring negativity as they would have seen me in the Bigg Boss house. I have always been a positive person and such things won’t bog me down,” Reshma concludes.
