Nayanthara played the role of Lily in the film, which was certainly underplayed and the audience hardly felt her presence.

The latest we hear is that the actress is upset with Murugadoss for cutting her scenes from the film. “Most of her scenes were deleted from the final cut of the film and she isn’t happy about it.

She had allocated over 30 days of her call-sheet for the film and her efforts have gone futile,” said a source in the know of things.

Last year, the actress had expressed her disappointment in being a part of Murugadoss’s Ghajini as well. When asked Murugadoss during an interview on Nayanthara being upset with him and the unit of Darbar over her remuneration, he replied, “I have a huge amount of respect for her personally and I don’t want to bring that down by commenting.”
