Now, Arunraja has already started working on the pre-production of his second directorial venture, which is likely to go on floors in April. Reliable sources say that he is in talks with actor Karthi to play the lead in his next. “Karthi was impressed with his debut film and expressed his interest to be a part of his next. However, they are yet to sign on the offcial agreement,” the source adds. We also hear that Arunraja’s second film will be in a different genre and talks are on with top technicians in the industry.

Karthi is currently shooting for Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan in Hyderabad. He is also waiting to work on the sequel of his recent blockbuster flick, Kaithi.
