The portal, launched in the presence of the registrar, HODs, staff and students, would enable the TNOU students to track their academic information and avail various services from the university.

This will also be an online platform to accept student grievances, if any, and redress them speedily, a university release said.

By launching this online portal, the TNOU has taken a pioneering endeavour to be in continuous touch with the students and provide them the services at their door step. Not only a means furthering the attentive relationship with the students but also bringing speedy responsiveness, cost savings and public satisfaction, it said.

“Students can register in the portal and know about their academic performance, payments and dues to be paid and make requests for various services as well as raise grievance for redress without actually visiting the university or its regional centers, thereby saving their time, efforts and money,” the release said.

The university would also be able to take appropriate action on student grievances registered through the portal, it said.
