TIRUCHY: If the Centre banned Popular Front of India (PFI) for security reasons, what action the government initiated action against RSS, VHP and Bajrang Dal, which were closely associated with the BJP and created unrest across the country, asked MDMK Headquarters Secretary Durai Vaiko here on Wednesday.

Speaking to reporters here, Durai Vaiko said, a few evil forces have been conspiring to divide Hindus and Muslims, who have been leading a life of brotherhood. The same forces were trying to create unrest among the people just for the sake of votes and the people should identify and maintain distance from them. He said that these evil forces never talk about the basic amenities needed for the people but speak of divisive politics by taking religion and caste as tools.
