In the final, Dr Sivanthi Club got the better of Sports Hostel 14-25, 18-25, 25-13, 25-19, 15-13. The victor received a cash award of Rs 15,000 and bagged the ‘Ratna Stores’ Trophy while the runner-up team got a cash prize of Rs 10,000 and was handedthe ‘COSCO’ Trophy.
In the third-place play-off match, SDAT Hostel defeated Presidency Volleyball Academy to clinch the bronze medal.
While the former took home a cash prize of Rs 7,000, the latter was richer by Rs 5,000.
