Katrina Kaif’s recent video of turning a fitness coach for Alia Bhatt’s went viral across the social media platforms, where she was termed as the coach that one would dare to train under. Well, Kat’s regime is sure to be tough as her perfect body speaks volumes on her strict fitness rule. Not only is she gorgeously beautiful, but also has an amazingly fit body. A good-looking, healthy body cannot be achieved without any effort. There’s a lot of training, dedication and focus needed. Katrina’s trainer Yasmin Karachiwala makes sure Kat is on her toes.
Her regime involves her doing a lot of pilates, as this really works on your core - the inner most muscles closest to the spine that fine tunes the entire body structure. Katrina’s routine consists of functional training, pilates and cardio, which are boosted by exercises using TRX, Bosu, Powerplate, Kettlebells, Medicine and Swiss Balls. The duration of the workouts rests squarely on the result, and varies from 1 to 3 hours a day and seven days a week. Food plays a big role in getting lean frame, so focus on getting enough protein, fibre, complex carbs and healthy fats. Katrina’s meals revolve around oats for breakfast, a mid-morning snack of fruit, fish and veggies for lunch, a sandwich in the evening and soup and egg whites for dinner.
