A video of a policeman collecting bribes from a group of women walking on railway tracks with luggage has gone viral. It was claimed that the cop was demanding money from migrants walking to their native places in Gujarat. Alt News fact checked the video and found a report by Gujarati website Desh Gujarat from July 2019. It revealed that an RPF jawan was seen accepting bribes from liquor traffickers and was sacked from service.
