Kashmiris protesting on Article 370 abrogation?

Chennai

Social media was taken by a storm when a video went viral, showing people of Kashmir protesting, supposedly, due to the Article 370 abrogation.
The video shows people pelting stones on the Indian troops, who were seen retaliating. The video is spreading with the caption that the world can see beyond the web of lies woven by the government regarding Kashmir people’s response towards the Indian army and the Article 370 abrogation.
On investigating the truthfulness of the video, it was revealed that the video contains the watermark of a Russian institute known as 'Ruptly' and that it was a YouTube video from 2017 with the caption ‘India:  Clash between the Srinagar Police and protestors.’ Further, it was found that the Police Officers threw tear gas to contain the protestors who were present in front of a college.
This proves that the viral video is two years old and that it does not have any relevance to the Article 370 issue.
