Gamers disappointed as PlayStation 5 consoles run out of stock

In what came as a disappointment to thousands of shoppers, the new PlayStation 5 of £450 consoles, ran out of stock on its first day of sale. Several gamers took to social media to complain that they were informed about limited stock, delayed release after waiting in long queues.

A couple of hours back, Currys PC World put out a Tweet saying that they were trying hard to get more stock. Their Tweiiter handle stated, “There will be no PS5s available to buy today. We know that this is disappointing news, and we are working super hard to get more stock. Please check our social channels for further updates on availability”.

Hours after the announce release time, the website of PlayStation was down. The website displayed the message, "We will be back up and running soon".

Well, it looks like the gamers will have to wait for more than the anticipated time to try their hands at the new console.
