TN CM announces Rs 10 crore solatium to Telangana flood relief

Tamil Nadu CM Edappadi Palaniswami as an act of commiseration and solidarity has extended monetary support of Rs 10 crore towards the Telangana floods.

He had said in the missive written to Telangana Chief Minister Chandrasekhar Rao that Tamil Nadu will stand by Telangana in its dire times and will help the state weather the proverbial storm in all means.

Not just monetarily but all essential products like blanket, bed spread will also be collected and sent to the affected in Telangana, Palaniswami said.

Also the efforts Telangana government took to tackle the storm crisis was lauded by TN CM.

The death toll of Telangana had risen to 69 as Hyderabad stays inundated.
