The chopper, with 14 persons on board, including CDS Bipin Rawat, his wife and other defence personnel, crashed a few minutes before landing near Coonoor.
Prime Minister Modi, President Ramnath Govind, world leaders and Chief Minister MK Stalin mourned the death of CDS Rawat.
