Construction worker conned by chain snatcher

The victim, C Parvathy (44), was waiting with other workers near Medavakkam when a youngster approached her claiming that there was some construction work to be done at his house. Believing him, Parvathy got onto his bike and after a few minutes, he stopped the bike and excused himself to attend nature’s call. He came back and started the bike, but before Parvathy could sit, he snatched her chain. She fell on the ground and suffered injuries, while he sped away on his bike. Police have registered a case and are searching the snatcher.
