D’Souza is currently the MD of Whirlpool India. His past four years at the helm of this company have delivered strong growth and industry leading financial returns. Prior to his leadership stint at Whirlpool, he has served in several leadership roles in Pepsico. During his 15-year stint in Pepsico, he has handled all commercial aspects of the company’s foods and beverages portfolio, and has led the business successfully in a large cluster of Asian countries.
