A 10 second video that made rounds in Whatsapp showing a purportedly 'demonic' baby was to the interest of occult-lovers.

The baby was seen as a 'demonic' entity of the Hindu stratification of the Kaliyug (Age of darkness). The baby was said to be born at Assam. It was said it weighed 8 kilograms at birth and metastatized to 13 kilos in a few hours. Also it was believed that the infant devoured the gut of its mother.

But, after proper investigation it was revealed that the baby actually suffered from Harlequin ichthyosis, a disease that affects one in 3 lakh newborns.

The disease causes skin rashes and atrophy of a few body parts. India has so far seen 3 new babies of this kind. Doctors classify this disease to 'ABCA 12' type genetic disorder. The child dies after a few hours of its birth.

Though the video is real but everything that was said and believed about the video is completely bogus and unfound. The birth actually took place in Uttar Pradesh and not in Assam.
