Several people from the village after paying their last respects, took out the funeral procession of the bully while carrying it on a tractor on Tuesday. Much to its credit, the temple bull also earned laurels to the village after it took part in bull taming sport ‘Jallikattu’ in world fame Alanganallur and also in its neighbouring Palamedu and Araliparai, Kosavapatti and Thavasimadai and excelled in the sport.
