On Wednesday, thanks to a video clip of him making gestures at journalists and elbowing a member of his own security team, he is again making headlines. The incident reportedly took place at Salem during the actor-politician’s visit to participate in a meeting there for the Tamil Nadu assembly polls. In the video that was shown on some TV channels, Captain (as he is called by supporters), is first seen making some threatening gestures to TV cameramen and reporters.

Later while taking the stairs accompanied by two security personnel walking alongside, the DMDK founder is seen nudging a man walking on his right, which was repeatedly aired on TV channels. The video clip has already gone viral on social media garnering a wide range of response from netizens.
