However, looking at things that are happening around us I believed that I need to get this song out,” Rimi told DT Next. The singer says that she has a few more songs on similar lines and release them in coming months. “I feel that music has the power to heal. When I was in Bangkok, I was into music therapy. Music has the ability to heal a person both mentally and physically. I will be glad if my songscould do that,” she added.
A few years ago, when Rimi set out to perform music in India, she felt that the industry is synonymous with movies. “Now, things have evolved and the music scene has changed for the better. There are a lot of platforms, where musicians can showcase their skills and can reach a global platform. There are music labels that identify talents and provide them with opportunities. Rimi concluded saying that she has a few other projects in the pipeline and the next one is all set to be release by the end of this month.
