Going Viral: Richard Branson’s catches employee sleeping in office

That’s exactly what happened to an employee at Virgin Australia when Richard Branson founder of Virgin group stopped by the office. Instead of firing or reprimanding the employee, Branson posed with the sleeping employee and posted the photo along with a note on social media.

He wrote, “I popped into the office and the airport to say hello and check in to see what the team are up to. This guy wasn’t up to much at all — I caught him sleeping on the job! Wow, did he get a shock when I woke him up. He must have thought he was dreaming because he went straight back to sleep. To be fair, he was on standby, getting some much needed rest.”

Now that’s like a super cool boss! However, next time you feel like taking a sleep or power nap during office hours make sure your boss isn’t paying a visit to the office.
