EXCESS OF ANYTHING IS NONSENSE
Human beings by nature constantly strive to achieve success. They are always under some kind of pressure or depression.

But animals do not experience this. Even though they are subjected to various physical pain or torture, there is no such thing called psychosomatic disorders in animals. A sickness or unhealthy condition due to mentality or mind problems is never a possibility for animals. Under any physical condition, animals by nature are gifted with a divine intelligence to take care of itself. For instance a tiger even by mistake never feeds on grass for hunger. Similarly cattle never feed on poisonous plants; they are gifted with the power to identify between good and poisonous plants. This is because unlike us, they do not have a goal, vision or any sort of financial struggles in life. But we human beings are blessed with everything to achieve what we want, but if we don’t maintain a simple thing called discipline, life will never be the way we want. This is where Spirituality comes in place.
Self transformation to achieve personal success
Spirituality has to be learnt as a science of success and not as a practice to God. It helps in self transformation and in achieving personal success. In today’s world, people are clever enough to know what has to be done to achieve success. ‘What to do next’ is never an issue when it comes to any circumstance. In fact we are more than aware of what to do in a particular situation. In spite of all this, people do not achieve success because they fail to take care of themselves or they fail to immediately restrain themselves from doing things which will spoil their existing goodness and strength. There is no point in creating a beautiful painting at the cost of your eyes. Let’s realise a simple truth about what all one should avoid to maintain a stable body and mind in order to achieve success and enjoy the success that you have achieved.
There is always a difference between excess and abundance. Abundance is having more of what you want or having anything more than your need that you can share with your loved ones. Excess is something that is consumed or taken more than the required level. A human life is defined in such a way that anything in excess will spoil the existing goodness.
There are six aspects that a human has to maintain in the right level to enjoy a beautiful life. They can be broadly classified as physical, mental and spiritual aspects.
Food and exercise must be in moderation
Most of the illness nowadays is due to excessive food intake. Even if you call a food highly nutritious, excessive eating of it can only cause adverse effects. So, one should take effort on not only having good and healthy food, but also on having the right quantity. The second one is doing more than what is required. For example, exercise is an activity done to raise your energy. In the name of exercising, one should not exhaust their energy. If the exercise itself is going to make you tired, it means you are exceeding the limit. Any effort that is spoiling your health cannot be called as the real effort.
Mental aspects - excessivethinking and unnecessary talks
How much ever you think positive, excessive thinking is bad. Excessive talking also has negative effects. Unnecessary thinking and unwanted talking are the root cause of various problems in human relationships. Always remember that excessive thinking over something or unnecessary talks about something is never going to help you in any way. In fact it is only going to spoil the existing happiness in a relationship.
Spritual aspects - commitmentto wrong spiritual practices
Nowadays many people are so much committed into spirituality but they fail to understand that spirituality is to regain your lost ability and to recreate your own reality faster, happier and easier than ever before. It is not to renounce life but to rejoice life. One has to maintain the above mentioned four aspects of body and mind in order to enter into spiritual practice. Right amount of food, right exercise to keep you fit, avoiding excessive thinking and excessive talking can help you enter into spirituality easily. Sadly many are not aware that they are committed to wrong spiritual practices like excessive chanting of mantras or involving in puja always which again is going to spoil the existing goodness in life. So commit yourself to the right spiritual practice. Let’s all realise that spirituality is not about talking or listening about God. It’s about taking the effort to be with God and experiencing the presence of God in you. It’s about finding oneness with the divine. This truth has to be realised and any commitment to a practice in the name of spirituality is of no use unless you understand this. Some people take so much effort to learn and understand the right spiritual processes, but committing to wrong methods is again not going to yield any desired result.
Therefore before stepping into any spirituality, make sure you examine and fulfil the above mentioned conditions with full effort and consciousness. Ultimately, we all are getting into these practices only to receive energy to achieve success. Now, you will be surprised to see that instead of you seeking for success, success will be seeking you faster than you imagine. That’s the miracle of practising real spirituality. With this understanding, nothing can stop you from the life you want to live and the success you want to achieve.
