    Yoga: It is one of the oldest forms of spiritual, physical and mental fitness and has been undergoing quite the transformation in the recent past. The Pari actress makes sure she gets her daily dose of asanas to stay positive — a key to her successful fitness routine.

    Gym: There’s no better way to stay fit than sweating it out in the gym. Engaging in a mixture of workouts for different parts of the body teaches you more about yourself. It is also a test of endurance and determination on just how far you’re willing to push yourself, she feels — it’s a mantra that’s relevant even in the cinema industry.

    Dance: Can the be a more fun way to let off some steam after a stressful day of shooting? Apparently not, says Anushka, who loves to get her groove on. After having given hit numbers like Dance pe chance, we know it’s safe to trust her when she says it’s one of the best forms of exercise.

    Meditation: The eternally bubbly actress too needs some quiet and alone time. So, she delves deep into meditation to help clear a cluttered mind and find solutions to persisting problems.

    Food: Last but not the least, Anushka is a foodie and loves to gorge on her mom’s food. However, she knows how to say no to junk. Breaking down three large meals into five smaller ones, and drinking adequate amounts of water, also help maintain her perfect figure.
