Secret behind Sunny’s enviable figure
Apart from her captivating on-screen presence and perfect dance moves, Sunny Leone is also known for her enviable figure. However, there’s a lot of effort that goes behind it. So, how does she do it? Hear it from Sunny herself, who recently donned the avatar of a fitness guru for a TV show.

The actor says she is a “big believer in working out to keep fit — both physically and mentally”. “Everyone should make some time in their daily schedule for some quick exercise. I know exercising can be a chore but adding some fabulous music will help them work up a sweat,” she adds.
Despite a busy schedule, she ensures that she takes out time for exercise and never compromises on eating healthy. Her husband Daniel Weber is also a fitness freak and sometimes acts as her personal trainer giving her tips and suggestions.
That Sunny loves working out is also no surprise as she treats her fans to videos of her sweating it out with celebrity trainer Prashant Sawant. Sunny works out for just one hour. She prefers functional training like squats, abs and plunges. Then, she does balance workouts that focus on the core. When she is not doing strength training, she prefers cardio and free-weight exercises. Sunny hates running on the treadmill though, if a video of hers on Instagram, captioned “Lol how much I love running!! NOT!! Blah,” is anything to go by. Sunny also took to yoga recently which she generally does in the morning or while travelling. As for her diet, she generally has egg white omelettes, grilled chicken and fish and quinoa salads. Sunny also drinks a lot of water to keep herself hydrated. She barely cheats on her diet we hear.
