    The high intensity workout includes endurance training, yoga, heavy weight lifts and squats. As for her workout playlist, there are a lot of old and new songs, but her favourite is Titanium by Sia. 

    The 43-year-old actress is also very mindful of what she eats, and tries to steer clear of junk food. Her diet includes a good mix of fish, paneer, eggs, nuts, lean chicken, and milk, thereby providing her with all the protein and fibre to keep her body in shape. 

    However, she reveals that she hasn’t been quite able to get over her obsession for cheese that she even carries it along wherever she goes.
