Check out if any or all of these are true and try working on these aspects:

We are losing weight, but we don’t realise it:

Weight loss isn’t linear, there is a lot more to weight than just body fat. Be patient and use other ways of measuring rather than just the weighing scale.

    Stressful lifestyle:

We are stressed all the time. Studies have proved that chronic stress, can have a negative impact on our hormonal environment. This eventually ends up making us hungrier and prevents us from losing weight eventually.

We are not eating real food:

We need to replace the carbohydrates with real nutritious food items to lose weight. Stick to meat, fish, healthy fats and vegetables for proper nutrition and subsequent weight loss.

Do not eat too many nuts:

While most of the diets put across that nuts are a great in-between meal snack, one should have them in moderate quantities. Nuts have a very high energy density and are easiest bet for over-eating. If you’re constantly snacking on nuts, then try and reduce it. It will help in the long run.

Are you sleep deprived or not sleeping enough:

Again a result of a strenuous lifestyle. Most of us are not able to take the mandatory 7-8 hours sleep. It is absolutely crucial for optimal health, studies shows that lack of sleep can make you eat more and lead to weight-gain.

    Avoid eating too many sweeteners:

Despite being calorie free, artificial sweeteners can affect our appetite in a big way. In some cases, it may lead to an increase in overall calories.

    Check your medical condition:

Certain medical conditions and medications can cause weight problems. See a doctor to discuss your options. Avoid eating too many calories. Weight loss is a function of calorie intake vs calorie expenditure.

    Are you exercising properly?

The right kind of exercise improves your overall hormonal environment. It increases your muscle mass and makes you feel happy.
