"Cyclone Mandous is expected to move North - West direction on Dec. 09 and Dec. 10. Landfall is expected on Dec. 09 mid night or Dec. 10 early morning. After Landfall, Heavy rain will occur in and around Chennai for next two days", Said Balachandran, DGM, RMC, Chennai.
