Did Saudi Minister panic on hearing fireworks?

A video of a man in traditional Arab garb getting down from a vehicle and greeting another VIP amidst high security has gone viral. At the sound of firecrackers, the guest panics and the security staff immediately escorts him back into the car. It was claimed that the men seen in traditional attire were Saudi Defense Ministers who arrived at the Chinese Embassy to attend Chinese New Year celebrations. Alt News found that a 3-day Gulf Arms and Aerospace Exhibition was held in Dec 2019, in Kuwait. A video of a mock drill by the Amiri Guard held at this venue was falsely shared as the viral video.
