Man claiming vaccine’s controller chip, not an Indian

In the clip, a man is heard saying the vaccine has a chip in it which will be used for mind control. It was shared alluding that the man making the claim is Indian. Alt News found a report by Pak daily dated June 2, 2020. The man in the video is Pakistani cleric KN Okarvi who made these remarks while addressing people in a Karachi gathering.
