Old images falsely shared as Bharat Bandh vandalism

An image of vegetables scattered on the road has gone viral in the backdrop of Bharat bandh called by protesting farmers on December 8.
The image was shared with the caption, “Is this Bharat bandh? Do you have no shame upsetting the livelihoods of the poor?” It garnered over 24,000 likes.
Alt news performed a reverse image search and found a Twitter post where the same image was used on May 5, 2020. It proves that the image is unrelated to the recent strike.
