    Samsung Pay launched in India

    Samsung has launched its mobile payment system Samsung Pay in India. Samsung is using a technology called MST or Magnetic Secure Transmission.

    You need to add your debit card or credit card to the application and all you need to do is place your phone next to the machine and pay for the transaction. You would be asked to enter the pin for your card on the machine like always. So, now you can now leave your wallet at home and just pay with your phone. The feature is currently supported on Galaxy Note5, S7, S7 edge, S6 edge+, A7 (2017), A5 (2017), A7 (2016) and A5 (2016). Support for Gear S3 is coming soon. Cards issued by several banks are supported: Axis, HDFC, ICICI, SBI and Standard Chartered. 

    New iPads and RED iPhone 7 launched 

    Apple has launched its most affordable iPad range with the introduction of the latest 9.7inch iPad starting at Rs 28,900 for the Wi-Fi version and Rs 39,900 for the 32GB Wi-Fi + Cellular version. Apple has announced iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus (PRODUCT) RED Special Edition in a red aluminium finish, to mark 10 years of partnership between Apple and (RED). Customers who purchase this device will be contributing to a global fund to fight AIDS. The new special edition iPhone will be available in India in April.
