Cool new gadgets in town

LENOVO has launched the Phab 2 Plus at Rs.14,999 and available on Amazon.in. Features include a really large 6.4 inch display and a 4050mAh battery, Dual 13MP rear cameras, 8MP front camera with flash. It is powered by a Mediatek processor and packs Dual SIM functionality. The Lenovo Phab 2 Plus directly competes with the Xiaomi Mi MAX. BlackBerry has launched DTEK50 and DTEK60 Android phones in India. The DTEK50 claims to be the most secure smartphone due to encryption and is priced at Rs.21,990. Specs include a 5.2 inch display, Snapdragon 617 processor, 3GB of RAM, 16GB of storage and 13MP/8MP cameras. While the DTEK50 will be going on sale shortly, the DTEK 60 is coming to the market in December. Sony has launched the RX100 V which is one of the best compact cameras in the market and packs a 20.1 MP EXMOR RS sensor. The camera won’t come cheap and will cost Rs.79,990 which is a lot of money for a compact camera. Nikon has announced that the D5600 entry-level DSLR is coming to India later this month and packs a 24.2MP sensor and a 3.2 inch touchscreen.
