Yet to decide on joining Union Cabinet, says AIADMK dy coordinator
AIADMK deputy coordinator R Vaithlingam reiterated on Monday that the party has not yet decided to participate in the cabinet expansion of the Centre.

Speaking to reporters, the senior AIADMK leader and Rajya Sabha MP said, the state government has been initiating steps to procure paddy through the DPCs and the officials are instructed to oversee hassle free procurement process across the state.
Stating that the Bill directing vertical reservation of 7.5 per cent for government school students has been pending with the Governors, Vaithilingam said that the state government is keen on getting the Bill passed.
Meanwhile, answering a query about the AIADMK’s stand on accepting a Cabinet berth at the Centre, the AIADMK deputy coordinator said the party had not yet decided to participate in the Cabinet expansion.
He said that the information has been falsely spread against the party as taking part in the BJP-led Union government. So far, there is no idea of AIADMK joining the Cabinet with the BJP, said Vaithilingam.
Earlier, he flagged off a mobile ration shop in Thanajvur.
