Sathankulam custodial death: Woman cop who initially provided information to be arrested?

The Sathankulam father-son duo's custodial death is currently being investigated by CBI officers. Earlier the case was being investigated by CBCID autorities. Yesterday CBI authorites investigated the matter with the CBCID officers for about 4 hours. The information gathered by the CBCID authorities in the sensational case was reviewed and compared by the CBI authorities.

It is learnt that the woman cop who had given information earlier to the investigating officers is said to have given conflicting information due to which she is likely to be arrested .

In the meanwhile investigations are afoot, undertaken by the human rights commission in the murder case in Madurai Central jail where 10 Police personnel are lodged. They will be quizzed as to how the murder happened and why they were arrested.
