1,286 more Covid-19 cases, 11 more deaths reported in TN
As many as 1,286 persons tested positive for coronavirus in Tamil Nadu over the past 24 hours, the State Health Department said on Wednesday.

Eleven more people succumbed to COVID-19 in Tamil Nadu which reported 1,286 fresh cases on Wednesday pushing the infection count past the 25,000 mark, the health department said.
The death toll has risen to 208 while the infection tally surged to 25,872.
Chennai with 1,012 COVID-19 cases today continued to witness the maximum number of cases among, totalling 17,598 cases till date.
According to the bulletin, 610 people got cured today, totalling 14,316 so far.
The number of active cases, including those in isolation wards, stood at 11,345, the bulletin said.
