- The group, all residents of Sirkazhi, Edamanal, Vadakal, Amaipallam and Varushapatthu were working as daily wagers at brick kilns in KeralaÂ
- Following the Collector’s intervention, Palakkad administration along with an NGO on Friday arranged a KSRTC bus, which brought the group to Mayiladuthurai on Saturday morningÂ
