Court dismisses TNPSC scam accused bail plea
The District Principal and Sessions Court has dismissed the bail application of Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) recruitment scam accused E Ramesh.

The court prima facie found that the petitioner helped the prime accused of tampering the answer sheets.
After hearing the petitioner’s counsel over the phone, Judge R Selvakumar said, “Largescale violations were done in the TNPSC examination. Several were arrested and many incriminating documents are yet to be seized. Considering the gravity of the offence, this court is not inclined to grant bail.”
