The officials at the stations should ensure that those entering the premises were subjected to thermal scan and provided with hand sanitisers, and should be allowed only in well ventilated and demarcated areas, which should be disinfected every day, stated the circular issued by DGP JK Tripathy.
Those with cough, cold and fever should not be allowed into the office space. No gatherings should be encouraged, and every material in the workplace should be regularly disinfected.

Common workspaces, washrooms, canteens and lunch halls should have hand wash or sanitisers; should avoid crowding during lunch and cutleries should be sanitised. The boys club, gyms, community halls, marriage halls and common play areas should be closed. Doctors and paramedical staff at police hospitals would be available at all time.
The health staff and local administration should be contacted when a person is tested positive. All police vehicles should be periodically washed and disinfected.
