Metrowater shifts assistant engineer’s office

The office has started to function in the new location from January 30. According to a press release, the office has been moved from Double Tank, RK Shanmugam Salai, KK Nagar, Chennai - 78 to the newly constructed building at 90, Dhasarathan Street, Baskar Colony, Saligramam, Chennai - 92. The Metro Water has requested its consumers to contact the new depot office for redressal of complaints and payment of water tax and charges.

Residents can also contact assistant engineer of depot 129 through 8144930129 and deputy area engineer through 8144930229 for complaints redressal. With the depot office has been shifted, the Metro Water would conduct monthly open house meetings at the new office. Similarly, the Metro Water had shifted the office of depot 57 in Royapuram (Area 5) a few months ago for constructing a new depot office by demolishingthe old building.
