Southern Railway introduces special trains to clear rush

The train comprising two AC tier-II, three AC tier-III, eleven sleeper class and two general second class coaches will run via Kovilpatti, Sattur, Virudhunagar, Madurai, Dindigul, Tiruchy, Karur, Namakkal, Rasipuram, Salem, Jolarpet, Katpadi, Tiruttani, Reniguta, Gudur, Nellore, Ongole, Vijayawada, Khammam, Warangal, Ramagundam, Sirpurkagaznagar, Balarshah, Chandrapur, Sevagram, Nagpur, Itarsi, Pipariya, Gadarwara and Narsinghpur, a statement issued by SR said.

Coimbatore - Jabalpur train (no 02197) will leave Coimbatore at 7 pm on July 22 and 29 and reach Jabalpur at 12.45 pm on Wednesdays. MGR Central – Santragachi (no 02842) will leave MGR Central at 6.20 pm on July 6, 13 20 and 27; August 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31; September 7, 14, 21 and 28, and reach Santragachi at 11.30 pm the next day.

Mangalore Jn – Mumbai Central special fare special train (no 09002) will leave Mangalore Jn at 11.55 pm on August 29 and September 5 and 12 and reach Mumbai Central at 10.25 pm the next day. Mangalore Jn – Bandra special fare special train (no 09010) will leave Mangalore at 11.55 pm on September 4 and 11, and reach Bandra at 10 pm the next day. Mangalore Jn – Bandra special fare special train (no 09012) will leave Mangalore at 11.55 pm September 2 and 9, and reach Bandra at 10 pm the next day.
